Bringing You the Heartbeat of the Holy Land

JNewswire This Week

You don't need me to tell you life's hectic. Who has time to follow what's happening in a postage-stamp of a country half a world away? Still, you need to know, you WANT to know.

Tune into "JNEWSWIRE THIS WEEK" for a wrap up of the most critical events to impact Israel and the Middle East in the past week.

Host - Stan Goodenough

Stan Goodenough is a Christian Zionist journalist and writer who has lived and worked in Israel for nearly 20 years.

Called from his South African homeland “to comfort, not criticize” the Jewish people, Stan served as editor of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem’s Middle East Intelligence Digest for eight years, during which time he also helped launch and co-edit the widely-read ICEJ News Service.

While with the ICEJ, Stan covered the 1991 International Middle East Peace Conference in Madrid as an accredited reporter, and since then has written extensively on the international effort to wrest the Jews’ ancient homeland from them for the creation of a biblically and historically illegitimate State of Palestine.

After leaving the Christian Embassy in 1999, Stan worked for two years as editor of the Jewish-owned website for Christians, Virtual HolyLand.

Since 2000, Stan has co-owned and edited Jerusalem Newswire, a Christian Zionist independent news service operating out of the Israeli capital.

In 2004 Stan and his family spent a year traveling through the United States on an extensive speaking road tour that covered 35 states and over 25,000 miles. He has also spoken to groups in South Africa, England and the Czech Republic.

Today Stan works with the International Christian Zionist Center – the only Christian organization to place its offices physically on the endangered biblical heartland of Israel in defiance of world opinion.

He also serves on the International Board of Bridges for Peace - an established Christian Zionist organization with branches around the world.
